Health and wellbeing result from the harmonious flow and balance of energy in the body. However, with the stress of daily life, the natural flow of energy can become blocked resulting in pain and emotional difficulties.

In these difficult and stressful times, wellbeing and self-care has never been more meaningful or necessary than it is right now, yet it has never been as challenging given many of our ordinary self-care routines and wellbeing outlets have been offset by lockdown and restrictions.

Capacitar is a collection of simple body-based wellness practices that can lead to healing, wholeness and wellbeing in each individual.

Capacitar, meaning to empower, is an international organisation working with individuals and communities across the globe affected by stress and trauma.

Capacitar practices focus on re-balancing the energy in the body, through clearing emotional disturbances in the energy field and boosting the body’s energy system. These practices help to reconnect people with their body’s inherent wisdom and power, and return to balance.
